At Leader Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
